01Scope and responsibility
This policy applies to www.syntropylabs.com.ar, its contact forms, and the representative operational simulation. The Syntropy Labs team operates these channels and uses information to run the site, respond to inquiries, and improve the experience.
If you start a project with us, information exchanged during that work may be governed by a separate proposal or written agreement.
02Information we may receive
Depending on how you use the site, we may receive:
- the information you enter in the contact form: name, email, and message;
- your email and the simulation parameters or results, only if you choose to share them;
- your language preference, stored in the technical syntropy-locale cookie, and Google Analytics cookies or identifiers used to measure site usage;
- technical information needed to serve and protect the pages, together with navigation and usage metrics generated by Google Analytics.
03How we use information
- respond to inquiries and assess whether we can help with the problem you describe;
- send a representative simulation when you ask us to share it and follow up on that contact;
- maintain security, diagnose errors, and improve the site;
- understand, in aggregate, which content is useful to visitors;
- comply with legal obligations or valid requests from competent authorities.
04The simulation is representative
The operational simulation is generated in your browser from illustrative profiles. It is not an audit, a diagnosis of your company, or a real automated assessment. If you enter an email, we send that address together with the generated parameters and result to our work inbox so we can respond.
Do not enter passwords, credentials, trade secrets, or sensitive personal information in the form or simulation.
05Providers and communications
To host the site, measure how it works, and deliver messages you request, we may share the information strictly necessary with technical providers such as Vercel (hosting), Google Analytics (usage metrics), and Resend (email delivery). Those providers operate under their own policies, and we do not sell or rent your data.
Internal access is limited to people who need the information to reply to you or operate the service.
06Retention and security
We keep data for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was received, to resolve the inquiry, and to maintain operational records. We then delete or anonymize it when appropriate.
We apply reasonable security measures, but no transmission or storage method is completely fail-safe. Please avoid sending information that is not necessary for your inquiry.
07Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct, or delete information you sent us, withdraw consent, or ask how we use it. Use the contact form to make a request. We may ask for additional information to verify it.
The site can work if you block the language cookie, although we will then need to infer your language on each visit.
08Changes and contact
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the site or the way we work. The update date appears at the top; continuing to use the site after a change means you have read the new version.
